About Us

Our Firm was established in November 1995 by Paul Kennedy after returning from the United Kingdom where he spent some ten years employed in various Firms and working on behalf of the majority of Lenders undertaking Residential Mortgage Valuation Surveys, House and Flat Buyers Reports and Structural Survey Reports. Previous to that point Paul worked in the General Valuation Office as a professional grade Surveyor where his work necessitated servicing a wide geographical area.

Upon returning to Ireland Paul decided to commence practising in his own right as a self-employed Chartered Surveyor. Paul is a Fellow of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Society of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland.   Paul's qualifications are as follows:
M.A., B.Sc.(Surveying), Dip. Env. Econ., T.Eng., F.R.I.C.S., F.S.C.S.I.  

In 1996 Patrick Gillooly joined the Firm and became a Partner the following year. Patrick's qualifications are as follows: 
M.A., B.Sc.(Surveying)., Dip. Prop. Econ., Dip. A.V.E.A., D.B.S. M.R.I.C.S., M.S.C.S.I.

We are appointed to the majority of Lender's Panels in the Republic of Ireland.

Inclusive of the two Partners the Firm employs one other Surveyor, namely Paul Morrissey BSc (Hons), PGDip (Surveying) MRICS MSCSI who is a Chartered Building Surveyor.
